The Consultancy Service for Preparation of the Business Plan, Scope of Services and Draft Contract for Private Provision of an Electric Bus Service in Samut Prakan Province (2023-2024)

AMP Consultants Ltd. was commissioned by Samut Prakan Provincial Administrative Organisation as the technical advisor for the development of a feeder system connecting to the Green Line Extension at Kheha Samut Prakan Station (Kheha Station). The objective was to link communities along the Sukhumvit Road to Klong Dan Market using electric buses, thus reducing traffic congestion and air pollution caused by personal cars.

The Study of a Governance Plan for the Management of a Common Ticketing System (2020-2022)

AMP Consultants Ltd. was commissioned by The Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP) as the technical advisor for developing a Governance Plan for the Management of a Common Ticketing System. The study provides guidelines for the governance and management of common ticketing in order to ensure a high degree of efficiency and completeness, with common objectives that provide convenience and savings for passengers and encourages an increase in the number of passengers using the public transport system.
The Relationship Building with Stakeholders (2022)

AMP Consultants Co., Ltd. is providing consultancy services for the National Housing Authority to review their stakeholder strategic plan and ensure that it is connected, consistent and integrated with their corporate governance (CG) guidelines and annual action plan for relationship building/management with stakeholders.
A Study of the Involvement of the Private Sector in Rail Freight Operation (on Nongkhai – Laem Chabang Port route) according to the Private Investments in State Undertakings Act B.E. 2562 (2019): 2019-2022 (2019-2022)
CLIENT: State Railway of Thailand (SRT), Ministry of Transport
AMP Groups and Kasetsat University advised the State Railway of Thailand on the structuring of a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) program for rail freight operation between Nongkhai – Laem Chabang Port. Key elements of the work in this project included (i) assessment of the technical, economic and financial viability of the project; (iii) structure and analysis of an appropriate PPP scheme using financial modeling techniques including risk analysis and Value-for-Money Analysis; and (iv) draft PPP tender documents and PPP contract.
Consultancy Service for the Development Plan for Area Traffic Control System (2021)
CLIENT: Traffic and Transportation Department (TTD), Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA)
AMP Consultants Ltd. was commissioned by the Traffic and Transportation Department of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration to undertake a Study for an Area Traffic Control (ATC) in Bangkok and the surrounding area. The study entails conducting an analysis of traffic movement and management in order to optimise the efficiency of traffic junctions by coordinating the traffic control in a given area (i.e. Area Traffic Control or ATC).
