Dr. Sompong Paksarsawan has over 40 years of experience in transport planning, traffic engineering, transport modelling and financial analysis, including the business tax in the UK, Thailand and throughout Southeast Asia. He is a Thai national and is the Managing Director of AMP Consultants, a specialist transport consultancy that he established more than 30 years ago. The companies are based in Bangkok and undertake work throughout the Indo-China Territories. He is responsible for the direction and project management of the consultancy work.

Sran Bunyasiri is a specialist in Transport Planning and Financial Analysis with both master degrees in Transport and Finance. Sran has over 35 years experience in planning, project appraisal and Public-Private Partnership schemes in the transport sector in Thailand. He has managed study projects in aviation, road, and rail sectors which include elements of strategic planning, Public-Private Partnership (PPP). Key projects include Thailand’s Aviation Sector Master Plan for the Office of the Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP), Feasibility Study of Thailand’s Airport Logistics Park for Department of Airports, and Feasibility Study of Suvarnabhumi Aerotropolis for Office of the Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP), including Framework and Case Study for Public-Private Partnership in Thailand’s Highway Program for Department of Highways, and a Study of the Involvement of the Private Sector in Rail Operation according to the Private Investments in State Undertakings Act B.E. 2562 (2019) for State Railway of Thailand (SRT), Ministry of Transport.

Jantana Sutdaen graduated with a Master's degree in Arts Fashion and Textile Studies at De Montfort University, Leicester, UK.  She has more than 30 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration. Jantana is currently a specialist in the logistics industry, undertaking many projects, including; The Study for a Dry Port Master Plan for a Regional Logistics Hub, The Feasibility Study of an Airport Logistics Park in Thailand, and The Study of Efficiency Enhancements for a Multimodal Freight Transport System Interconnecting Thailand’s Major Production Bases. In addition, she has undertaken specialist logistic roles in the domestic tourism industry, both in Thailand and abroad. Moreover, she has been involved in various projects developing Logistic Businesses, especially in the Transport, Arts and Fashion sectors.

Saowanee Eungaree was previously Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and was responsible for auditing and tax consulting at leading organisations and state enterprises in Thailand. She has more than 25 years of experience in financial study, financial statement analysis, external auditing, accounting, and system designing. She is an expert in financial planning, budgeting and financial feasibility.

Nanthida Bussarakhamtrakul has over 30 years of experience working in transport planning and strategic advice, including the formulation of provincial development plans, monitoring and evaluation in strategic planning, assessment, organisation development with PMQA tool. In addition, she is responsible on various projects related to the Private Investments in State Undertakings Act B.E. 2562 (2019), and related Act.

Charnpoan Nilprapaporn has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation; and organisational development. His experience in logistics sector has provided him with overseas marketing knowledge and public relations capability. Key projects he has been involved in Thailand’s Aviation Sector Master Plan, The Study for Dry Port Master Plan as Regional Logistics Hubs, The Study of Creating Added Value for Supply Chains in Thailand’s Economic Corridor and The Study of a Governance Plan for the Management of a Common Ticketing System. In addition, he has a key role on Business Investment and Development.

Peter Dodds has enjoyed a long and prominent career in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). He is a leader within the Transport Technology discipline and a Chartered Electrical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the Transport Systems field. His previous experience in military communications and avionics has provided him with a firm knowledge base to enable him to thrive in the business. Since moving into consultancy 25 years ago he has undertaken project management, feasibility, planning, development, design, and implementation of highway technology schemes in the UK, Middle East, and Asia. Following the supervision of the installation and commissioning of the Tolling and ITS on the Hanoi to Hai Phong Expressway in Vietnam, Peter relocated and is now based in Thailand.

Warawit Viboonpattama has 35 years of experience in IT system analysis, computer programming, website development, database design, MIS/GIS. He has significant capability to analyse transportation patterns, mass transportation systems and other public transport systems. He is an expert in database creation, software development and system analysis including Network Analysis.

Ekamorn Keawrat has more than 25 years of experience working in IT, designing graphics, images, diagrams, flow-charts in many projects, related to transport strategy and logistics.

Supriyapong Takruad has more than 20 years of work experience in the study of economic and financial feasibility of various projects for policy formulation and transport planning, as well as collecting and analysing data accuracy according to statistical principles. In addition, he has experience in monitoring and evaluation, and organisation development.

Polprut Panasatid has more than 25 years of experience in urban planning, spatial development, land ownership, property compensation, formulation of an infrastructure development plans and area based services. He has been involved in various project implementation which were successful as well.

Thanarak Sriroch has over 40 years of experience in highway engineering, transport planning, transport modelling, MIS database development and transport economics, including scheme assessment and evaluation. He is currently responsible for scheme assessment and strategic transport modelling, including transport logistics.

Dr. Chantra Tongcumpou graduated with a Master’s degree in Environmental Management (Mahidol University, Thailand and University of Adelaide, Australia) and subsequently gained a PhD in Petrochemical Technology. She has more than 30 years of experience in the field of environmental management through teaching and managing the Environmental Research Institute at Chulalongkorn University. She is currently an environmental specialist working on several transportation and traffic projects, including; the Consultancy Service for the Preparation of the Business Plan, Scope of Services and Draft Contract for the Private Provision of an Electric Bus Service in Samut Prakan Province, Consultancy Service for the Development of an Area Traffic Control System, and a Transport Development Plan for Suvarnabhumi Aerotropolis.

Tim Gammons is an experienced Intelligent Mobility and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) specialist with experience of working in the transport and technology industry at Director level. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and a Chartered Electrical Engineer. Tim has over 35 years in the transport sector where he has established, consulting teams undertaking whole life cycle assignments and supervising internal and external research initiatives in people movement, data management and IoT applications. He has extensive experience working in collaborative teams and is skilled in planning, design, assurance and delivery of transport solutions bringing experience of service lifecycle practices for complex IT projects in the UK and internationally, including Thailand, Australia, Qatar, Poland, UAE. In addition, he served as Vice Chair for ITS-UKs Smart Environment Interest Group 2007-2021, Chair of the IET Transport Panel Executive 2016-2022, and was UK CYBER Security Council Formation Advisory Group member.

Dr. Paul Timms has 40 years of experience in transport research and consultancy projects, specialising in the interface between transport modelling and transport a method for estimating trip matrices from traffic counts. He has a long track record of constructing sets of alternative long-term future scenarios to provide contexts for analysing policies over a wide variety of transport sectors, concerning global, international, national and urban scales, adopting alternative methodologies such as forecasting, backcasting, foresight, visioning, trend-brake analysis and disruption analysis. Overseas Professional Engagements have included consultancy, research and teaching assignments in Thailand, Vietnam, India, Brazil, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia, El Salvador, Rwanda, Chile, Russia, China and Ghana.
