AMP Consultants Ltd. provided the NESDB with policy recommendations related to trade, transportation and logistics on trade routes linking Thailand, other countries in the Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS), and Malaysia, with the objective of gaining a competitive advantage for businesses in Thailand.
Integration of the Local Highway Network and Rural Roads (2015)
CLIENT: Department of Rural Roads (DRR), Ministry of Transport
This commission for DRR consisted of developing a database for projects to integrate local and rural roads, which built on earlier work undertaken by AMP Consultants Ltd. that delivered a Master Plan for local highways.
Design Study for Flight Information Service System (2015)
CLIENT: Department of Airports (DoA), Ministry of Transport
AMP Consultants Ltd. were commissioned by the DoA to study the design concepts for the implementation of a flight information service system for low-flying aircraft and aircraft taking off from airports with limited air traffic control supervision.
The Feasibility Study of Airport Logistics Parks in Thailand (2015)

AMP Consultants Ltd. was commissioned by the DoA to study and analyse the competitive enhancement of industry and products utilizing air cargo services. Through benchmarking the development and management of airport logistics parks internationally, we were able to identify potential airports for logistics park development in Thailand and recommend priorities and operational plans for implementation.
The Feasibility Study of Airport Logistics Parks (Pilot Project) in Thailand (2014)

AMP Consultants Ltd. was commissioned by the DoA to conduct a feasibility study of an Airport Logistics Parks (Pilot Project) at Suvarnabhumi Airport, with a key objective to optimize air cargo businesses at the airport.
The Study of Efficiency Enhancement of the Multimodal Freight Transport System Interconnecting Thailand’s Major Production Bases (2014)
CLIENT: Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP), Ministry of Transport
AMP Consultants Ltd. successfully supported OTP in this study, which was focused on the investigation of logistics activities, infrastructure and the transport system in Thailand, and included the examination of production base relocation, transport demand, linkages between economic cities and border trade gateways. This complex and multi-tasked project included the alignment of development and master plans, development of performance indicators for infrastructure and transport, and implementation of a pilot project for transport between manufacturing bases.
The Study on Local Road Database Development and Road Integration (2013)
CLIENT: Department of Rural Roads (DRR), Ministry of Transport
AMP Consultants Ltd. were appointed by the DRR to develop a database for the rural roads network and advise on the integration of the local highway networks. This repeat business by a key Client followed 3 previous commissions that produced a Master Plan to develop the local highway network (Phases 1, 2 and 3).

AMP Consultants Ltd. were engaged by the DRR to continue developing a Master Plan for Rural Roads (Phase 3), which is repeat business following two previous commissions undertaken by AMP in connection with Phases 1 and 2.
Public-Private Partnership Advice for Bangkok Transit System Extensions Phase I (2010-2011) (2011)

AMP Consultants Ltd. was commissioned by BMA to assist in the project preparation process for extensions to the BTS mass transit network, including revision of engineering, economics and environmental studies, evaluation of financial feasibility, and assessment of the appropriate PPP scheme.
