Dr. Sompong Paksarsawan has over 40 years of experience in transport planning, traffic engineering and transport modelling and financial analysis, including the business tax in the UK, Thailand and throughout Southeast Asia. He is a Thai national and is the Managing Director of AMP Consultants, a specialist transport consultancy that he established more than 30 years ago. The companies are based in Bangkok and undertake work throughout the Indo-China Territories. He is responsible for the direction and project management of the consultancy work.
