AMP Group were part of a consortia that was appointed to carry out the Feasibility Study for the Bangkok – Nakon Ratchasima High Speed Rail Project.
Transport Data and Model Centre III (2005)
CLIENT: Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP), Ministry of Transport
AMP Consultants Ltd and partner were commissioned by OTP, under the TDMC project, to improve and maintain a suite of transport models, to increase reliability and suitability for application in Thailand.
Tracking System for Patrol Operation of Nonthaburi Police (2005)
CLIENT: Nonthaburi Provincial Police
AMP Consultants Ltd. and partner were commissioned by the Nonthaburi Provincial Police to develop a Tracking System to monitor and analyse vehicle behaviour using GPS to identify the vehicle’s location and communicating this information to the control centre using GPRS.
The Competency Improvement System of the Transport and Traffic Management Development Plan (2005)

AMP Consultants Ltd. was appointed to advise OTP in the development of the improvement plan for the management of transport and traffic planning system.
Traffic Management in Central World Plaza and Tower (2004)

AMP Consultants Ltd. was commissioned by the Central Pattana, one of the largest retail companies in Thailand, to study and provide improvement recommendations for the traffic management at Central World Plaza and Tower and its surrounds.
Transport Data and Model Centre II (2004)

Parking Management in Central City Bangna (2003)

AMP Consultants Ltd. were commissioned by Central Pattana, one of the largest Retail companies in Thailand, to investigate parking in Central City, Bangna, in order to improve parking management.
Master Plan of Urban Planning for Bangkok Metropolitan Area Phase 2 (2003)
CLIENT: City Planning Department (CPD), Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA)
AMP Consultants Ltd. were appointed as transport planning consultants to support the project and were responsible for transportation network analysis, including roads, waterways, railways and air transport, related to the Land-use Improvement Plan.
Mass Transit Extension (2002)

AMP Consultants Ltd. were commissioned to provide transport planning advice in support of the project, including long term passenger forecasting, revenue forecasting and analysis on the Return on Investment (ROI).

Reorganisation Structure for the Profit Centre Management (2002)

AMP Consultants Ltd was engaged by Transport Company Ltd to investigate and forecast travel demand on routes between Bangkok and other provinces in Thailand in order to inform the reorganisation and profit centre structure of the company.
Industrial Estate Refurbishment Study – Landscape and Visual Appreciation (2002)

AMP Consultants Ltd. were engaged to support this study, which focused on the effects of transport and urban planning in three study areas, Lad Krabang, Map-Tha-Put and Bang-Pu.
Rama III Special Land Development (2002)
CLIENT: Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA)
AMP Consultants Ltd were engaged by the BMA to produce traffic and transport guidelines for the Rama III area development, including analysis of modes of passenger and freight transport, and urban development.
Study and Analysis for Railway Bridges Capacity Improvement Planning for Thailand’s Southern Route for the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) (2002)
CLIENT: State Railway of Thailand (SRT), Ministry of Transport
AMP Consultants Ltd was appointed by SRT to support this project and was responsible for the economic analysis of rail investment to determine its competitive status against other modes.
Transfer Ticketing Technology on Public Transport in BMR (2002)
CLIENT: Department of Land Transport (DLT), Ministry of Transport
The DLT commissioned AMP Group to advise them on Transfer Ticketing Technology on rail, bus and ferry public transport and to develop an investment schedule.
Cost Structure Study of Land Freight Transport (2001)
CLIENT: Office of the National Economic and Social Development Board (NESDB), Office of the Prime Minister
AMP and partners were commissioned, on this World Bank project, by NESDB to undertake a Cost Structure Study of Land Freight Transport. AMP tasks included examinations of legal and institutional issues, database development and model validation, and tutorials and training for NESDB’s staff.
Traffic Impact Assessment in Central Plaza Rama II (2001)
CLIENT: Central Pattana Plc.
AMP Consultants Ltd was commissioned by the Central Pattana Public Company Limited, one of the largest Shopping Centre companies in Thailand, to undertake a traffic impact assessment for a new development business area on Rama 2 Road in Bangkok.
Feasibility Study on the Economic, Engineering and Environmental Impacts of the Laem Chabang – Sa Kaew- Mukdahan Highway Project (2001)
CLIENT: Department of Highways (DOH), Ministry of Transport
The Department of Highways appointed AMP Consultants Ltd. and partner to assess the feasibility of, and subsequent design of, the proposed highway from Laem Chabang to Mukdahan.
Public Bangkok Railroad Improvement Project (2001)

AMP Consultants Ltd and partners were appointed by the SRT to develop a programme for the upgrading of railroad infrastructure and operations on the main lines in Thailand.
